How do I use them?

Microgreens have been found to be up to 40 times more nutrient rich than full grown vegetables. During my time living on the West Coast, I was able to learn what it means to my health, and the health of those around me, to eat local, fresh produce grown with a strong desire to help people gain nutrition through food instead of man made supplements. With this knowledge, I set out to start this business in 2021 on a mission: to spread the message of healthy eating and the nutrition of microgreens to the people of Huntsville. How are we putting that mission into action? By making sure we have best practices in our business. We grow natural because we believe God created produce packed with nutrition, and chemicals only distort and get in the way of those qualities. We deliver fresh because we know that harvesting these microgreens closest to eating will allow a more nutrient dense bite. Our products are local so that Huntsville can learn about these nutrient rich and beautiful greens that have taken the health and wellness industries by storm.
